About

Furari is a tribute to the work of master Jirô Taniguchi—a nod to his narrative sensitivity, his attention to detail, and his contemplative way of seeing the world. "Furari" is a Japanese word that can be interpreted as “aimless wandering” or “letting oneself be carried by the wind.” This idea of movement without a fixed destination serves as the central inspiration for this musical project. The music of Furari, true to the essence of the Japanese word, does not adhere to a defined musical style. Instead, it follows intuition, exploring different soundscapes freely and without constraints. Each piece is like a walk with no destination, where the journey itself matters more than the arrival point. In this way, Furari invites the listener to drift gently through emotions and sonic landscapes, with the lightness and freedom of someone walking without haste, open to whatever the moment may bring.
